Socks keep us warm

This picture was taken in Kinabalu Mountain Lodge (previously known as Tinompok Resort) on the morning before we ascend the mountain.

We was in an attic room which is was cold in the rain a day before I turned 24. So lucky we met a kind Ranau Taxi driver who fetched us to the lodge without additional charges or we'd be all wet from walking 1km of steep path from the main road. Thank you Stranger!
